The OSNA Executive Board is proposing updating the bylaws to align with the School Nutrition Association and to restructure our areas.
Purpose of the New Area Structure
The goal of creating new areas is to establish more evenly sized populations and balance the workload among Area Representatives. Currently, some representatives serve more than 300 individuals, while others represent fewer than 20. This restructuring will result in each Area Representative serving approximately 153–293 individuals, with two At-Large Area Representatives available to provide additional support across all areas.
Please reach out to any of the Executive Board members if you have comments on these bylaw changes or fill out this form. Bylaw Comments
