Friday Classes & Tours
Pre-registration is required for classes scheduled for Friday, March 9. Classes and tours are scheduled as follows:
The Oregon Dairy and Nutrition Council is sponsoring a free tour of a dairy farm, Truitt Bros. and Norpac. The tour is limited to Directors, Supervisors, and Managers. We’ll be touring each location, and transportation and lunch provided. Limited to the first 25 registrants.
Financial Management for School Nutrition Managers is limited to the first 40 registered. A class overview can be found at www.theicn.org. This is a free 6-hour class, which will take place from 8 am – 3 pm.
ServSafe is offered at $90. Registration deadline is 1/26/18.
We have a Western Party planned for Friday Fun Night. Please join us for line dancing and games!

Suppliers to Oregon’s school food service market are invited to exhibit at OSNA’s Food & Equipment Show on Saturday, March 10 in the Salem Convention Center in Salem, Oregon.
Booth space reservation is now open and vendor registration forms and payment are due by February 10, 2018.
Sponsorship opportunities also are available! We welcome food product donations for the Friday Fun Night reception, Saturday Conference reception and scheduled conference snack breaks, as well as sponsorship of lanyards, conference tote bags (reusable grocery-style) and raffle prizes. Vendors may also opt to sponsor a conference speaker. If you have other ideas for sponsorships, we’re happy to hear about those, too! The exhibit hall is open from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm. Set-up time: Friday, March 9, 2018, beginning at 7:00 am. Tear-down time: Saturday, March 10, 2018, beginning at 2:00 pm.

11:45 am – 2:00 pm – Food Show open to all attendees
The Oregon Farm to School Showcase highlights producers, processors and distributors that offer Oregon grown and processed products to school districts. Showcase booths will be grouped together in the atrium and will be highlighted as Farm to School Vendors. Shared booths are available by request.
Vendors who select interest in the Farm to School Showcase on the Vendor Registration form will receive a follow-up e-mail to confirm they meet the qualifications above before being accepted to the showcase.
