Payment can be made by credit card using the payment link on the invoice email or, mail a copy of the invoice with a check.

CONFERENCE HOTEL
The Grand Hotel, attached to the Salem Conference Center and located at 201 Liberty St., SE, Salem, OR 97301, is our conference hotel. OSNA State Conference attendees and exhibitors may make reservations directly by calling the hotel’s Reservations office. Individuals may use the toll-free number, (877) 540-7800. Identify yourself as being a member of the OSNA State Conference group to receive the special negotiated rates.
OSNA Food & Equipment Show – March 14, 2026
We’re jazzed to announce that the OSNA 2026 Food and Equipment Show registration is open and it’s going to be the bee’s knees! We can’t wait to see all you big cheeses and go-getters strut your stuff. Here’s the skinny on our Roaring 20’s shindig:
- Theme: “Nourishing Students, Roaring Forward”- so dust off your glad rags and get ready for a real Gatsby-style bash!
- Conference Dates: March 13-14, 2026. Food and Equipment Show: March 14, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 pm. (Times subject to change).

Booth Fees
- Full Booth $950
- Half Booth $550
- Extra Electrical $50
You’ll get your booth number once we process all registrations. After that, we’ll send you a confirmation letter.
Pro Tip: Feel free to decorate your booth and dress your crew in Roaring 20’s style fringe, feathers, and fedoras! We will have an attendee vote on the best theme-decorated booth!
