OSNA’s 2025 State Conference and Food & Equipment Expo, March 14-15, will be held at the Salem Convention Center. Come join the greatest show on Earth (well, at least in Oregon!) to get new ideas, insights and innovations in school food service to benefit your K-12 meal program! This year’s circus/carnival theme, “Meals on the Midway,” will bring out the fun for all members!

Pre-Registration
Use the registration form to pre-register for the ServSafe course. ORLA’s ServSafe Manager Training provides in-depth training, blending the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. Attendees learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety. Study guide will be mailed to the address indicated on the registration form. You must pre-register bey Feb. 15 to receive your study guide.

All attendees and exhibitors are invited to our Friday Fun Night Big Top Blast Party!
Join with OSNA members and colleagues at the Salem Convention Center on Friday, March 14 from 6:00-10:00 pm for cocktails, dinner, DJ and dancing, fun and games, photo booth, raffle auction, costume contest and door prizes, too!
What to Wear/Bring: Trapeze artist leotards, lion tamer’s whip and pith helmet, clown nose and wig, juggling balls (no knives!); ringmaster’s top hat, elephant ears, smiles : – )

The Grand Hotel, attached to the Salem Conference Center and located at 201 Liberty St., SE, Salem, OR 97301, is our conference hotel. OSNA State Conference attendees and exhibitors may make reservations directly by calling the hotel’s Reservations office. Individuals may use the toll-free number, (877) 540-7800. You will be assigned a booth number based on when we receive your registration form. Once your registration form is processed a Vendor Confirmation Letter will be sent to you with your assigned booth number.
Booth Fees: Full Booth $900, Half Booth $500, extra electrical $50.
Our theme this year is going to be carnival and circus theme. Please decorate your booth and staff if you’d like with a circus theme. On Friday night we have our dinner and dance party. You are invited to join us. Cocktails will begin at 6:00 pm. Dinner starts at 6:30 pm and we finish about 10:00 p.m. Our members would love to see you at our party. You are welcome to attend any of our classes during our conference as your schedule permits

Exhibitor Information
Eye Beam will begin their set-up Thursday 3/13 at 11a.m. Our anticipated vendor set up time on Friday, 3/14/2025, is noon. Tear down time is Saturday, 3/15/2025, will begin after show ends at 3:00 pm. If you have food leftover at the end of the show on Saturday that you want donated to a local food bank please leave in your booth on one of your tables. The convention center will handle picking up leftover food and will arrange for the food bank delivery.

If you need to use the Conference Center kitchen please email Debby Webster at pastpres@osna.us with that request. Please note: you are to supply your own pots & pans and utensils to prepare/cook your food/product. Most vendors have already indicated on the Google registration form.
The Salem Convention Center will accept shipments for the conference 3 days prior to the event. They have a loading dock so no lift gate is necessary. Deliveries are accepted Mon- Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will need to arrange pick up on the Monday after the show.
Exhibit Electrical, Audio, Visual & Shipping Policies
Eye Beam Event Services has been selected as the
Official Service Contractor for the 2025 OSNA Conference.
- The conference-engineering department has the right to refuse connection where wiring constitutes a fire or safety hazard.
- All equipment must be tagged with complete information: voltage, phase, amps and wattage.
- Payment in full is required prior to power being converted.
- The use of triple or quad attachment plugs and household extension cords is prohibited.
- The conference center is not responsible for any power surges or other power fluctuations.
- Exhibitors must have prior approval from the Sales Office for the following:
- Exhibits over 10,000 lbs.
- Any pieces of equipment larger than 11’wide and 9’ high.
- Any damage to the Conference Center will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
- Exhibitors may ship up to 15 days in advance to the advance warehouse. Direct shipments to the show site can arrive during exhibitor move in times only. See Details on the Eye Beam Vendor Shipping Service form. For additional information, contact Allen Stewart. PH: (541) 726‐8803
- Other services, such as Audio Visual, phone and Internet require a minimum of a 2-week notice, and payment is due with the order.
- Each $900.00 booth will receive one 110-volt outlet/5 amp/500 watt outlet. For additional power requirements please fill out the request on the registration form. There is a $50.00 fee for extra electrical.

We have worked hard this last several years to bring you an Oregon Industry Membership.
Cost: $50.00 per year and you can renew with your membership each year with your conference registration.
OSNA Industry Members will receive a copy of the attendees to our conference at by February 28.
